1)HM&S Pvt. Ltd. changed its name to NIKHIL ADHESIVES LIMITED and merged with NIKHIL INDUSTRIES LIMITED (engaged in the business of manufacturing of various Emulsions and Adhesives and having a manufacturing plant at Dahanu ).

2)Nikhil Adhesives Limited become a Listed Company by trading its shares on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

* 2003

Nikhil Adhesives Limited acquired M/s Mafatlal Dyes and Chemicals Ltd. (The erstwhile German Company - Hoechst Dyes and Chemicals Ltd. , who were the pioneers of adhesives business in India ) along with their Registered Brands, Hoechst German Technology, Machinery and highly qualified Technical and Marketing Teams.

* 2007

Nikhil Adhesives Ltd. expanded their manufacturing activity and setup a new additional unit at Silvassa equiped with modern machineries and facilities to produce and cater to the requirement of various industries.

* 2012

Nikhil Adhesives Limited set up its third and biggest plant at Dahej with a vision to target Exports and major Corporate Clients.
